the boats

the boat was quite difficult to get right as the size of the model and the different shapes that would be needed to make it well the model started off with a square and stretched the polygons and shaped it to look more like the ship. To start with i felt that the boat would not come out as well as it could but after some time it started to look really good.


once the bottom was finished the top needed to be started this was a much easier task the top was a big mixture of shapes i used a large variety of tools to make the different parts of the ship including extruding and bevel to make the windows.  

This is the final ship i am very happy with the way it came out i could have added more detail to it but all in all it looks really good.
